Goals This Week 1/23/2012-1/29/2012

1) Work out 4 times this week
2) Eat 4 small meals a day and 2 snacks every day
3) Do not eat meat this week

Short-Term Goals

1. Get to 150 lbs. before my trip to Miami on April 1st.
2. Be able to run a 5K by this summer.

Long-Term Goals

1. Reach 135 lbs. by my senior year
2. Place in the "Silver" category of ballroom dance

Hello there! I'm Rachel, I'm 20 years old, I'm a full time student and I am looking to lose 30 pounds, basically as soon a possible. To date, I have lost almost 50 lbs. and I'm really proud of that. But it's time to move on and lose the extra weight. It's getting harder to lose, but I'm confident that I can do it!
